Tried to get my elderly relative scheduled after her MD made referral. Called 5 times, left messages and no one had the curtesy to return a call. Good example of how they care.

I was disregarded by a incredibly rude staff member that is answering phones for scheduling, I provided all information that was requested via fax from a surgeon and they told me it wasn't recieved, I had our surgeon's nurse fax again and when I called I was told that the doctor still had not reviewed my husband's record and that we possibly weren't in their network, even though I specifically was told our employment insurance was accepted prior to the chaos and hassle of providing them with all of our information. I was then told by "ALLIE" that I should look elsewhere for my husband's treatment, because they have a 6 week wait on new patients anyways and that she'd gladly delete his file. I work in a pharmacy, this is not how you conduct business with patients. I'm appalled. Do not seek therapy at Cumberland Pain Associates, unless you're interested in no communication, lack of information, utter disregard and disrespect.
