It was such a joy living in this apartment complex for 2.5 years. They are so spacious and you really can't beat the high ceilings and insanely large windows. The staff is pretty great. The maintenance team responds quickly. My only complaints are that there was not a light in the master bedroom. And my husbands bike was stolen while it was locked up on the bike rack in the stairwell.

Fine print, lot's of additional charges. Pro - Bful building and location. - People who run it are very nice. Cons - Lot of gotcha, after the expensive rent. - Parking isn't included, separate. - They said heat and hot water are included but there is a very big catch there. The more you use, the higher your electric bill. First electric bill was 400, and it's only November. - Apartment facilities are mostly for vanity, the gym is meehhh, if you want to access yoga studio you need to ask key every time.

I stay at Loft27 with my little girl and we love it. We have been here over a year now and the only way we get to move out is if one day I buy my own house. I recommend the apartments to all the people I know . The apartments are very beautiful and spacious with very high ceilings. The staff are amazing and super helpful. The location is on point, right in the center of Lowell. I have quick access to my bank, city offices, emergency services, supermarkets and shopping centers. We also get to walk to some of our appointments ‘yay’, and best of all it feels safe taking my 1yr old out for a stroll when the weather is nice. There are lots of beautiful things to see and enjoy around the city (like canals, the city architecture, restaurants, museums...) and they are all a quick walking distance from Loft27.
