Although I ended up not renting after my approval, I will not hesitate to do so next time! Avie and Crystal were amazing and really helped me throughout the application process! Plus the apartments are amazing conveniently located with great amenities.

My experience with the Bennington thus far has been great! The leasing agent (Avie) made my transition as pleasant as possible. Also, their specials seem to be the best in the downtown silver spring area. I would recommend anyone to request a tour and give them a look! Thank you, Avie!

The Bennington Apartment staff are very professional. I completed my application process with Ms. Avie. She was very helpful in the application, including checking on my welfare during the COVID pandemic. I recommend if you see a negative review, then ask how was the issue resolved to better assist the tenants. I think often in anger as people we react quickly when there is an issue, but do not make enough time to acknowledge the efforts that were made to resolve the problem. If there is something that you think may benefit the community, then please let the staff now. Thank you, Avie and Bennington Staff for all you do! Please stay safe and healthy!

Management cares about money and not the residents. Old building appliances and design. They keep raising prices every year but no upgrades/replacements of old equipment. All other buildings around are replacing/upgrading their amenities but not this one. Instead of focusing on repairs and keeping the building in good shape and their residents happy they are rather focusing on sending reminders on 1st day when the rent is due to all residents to make sure they have paid their rent on monthly basis. Even if you are the one that always pays on time, it does not matter. It can take months to resolve some HVAC issues. They do not investigate the issues thoroughly. Issues aka tickets are being resolved without checking with the resident if the issue is addressed. Some other issues that are too costly for them are never addressed and or fixed. Multiple apartments affected by the same issue that makes the water backup via the toilet. Contaminated water, often with foam from other residents using their washing machines, comes out of the toilet in the bathroom due to some pipe issues. It has not been fixed for years. Garage door repair can take up to a few months. The garage door stops working every now and then. Garage doors will remain during that time making it easier to access for anybody. Some cars have been stolen from the garage over the past few years. Some cars have been damaged during the garage cleaning arranged by the building. No compensation was issued by the building. They refuse to take the blame and help to address the issue.
