I was relocated for my job and had a limited time to hunt for an apartment. Selena was great! She listened and answered all of our questions about the unit and even though we really liked the apartment she showed us, she suggested that we look at another one that was also available because she thought we might like it even more, and that’s exactly what ended up happening. She also knew we had to move quickly and she went above and beyond to get our paperwork sorted and got us approved in a timely manner. She made the whole process very pleasant and super smooth. Definitely happy I moved in. I’ve been here about 6 months now and the whole experience has been nothing but great. The location is the best. There are a bunch of restaurants and grocery stores close by. It is easy to get to multiple highways from the complex and the complex itself has friendly and hardworking staff. They keep the place clean and do a lot to ensure that everyone living here has the best experience possible. I certainly am.

Expensive rent and garbage is not taken care of . Dumpsters full of garbage sit outside. We have a beautiful apartment with a great view, but many down sides, since a different management took over.

We have had loud noise/ club music issues throughout the summer. We have been told the issue was resolved and the tenant was evicted for noncompliance. We were duped because the tenant is still there and the tenant is still causing havoc every weekend. We are unable to have restful sleeps. We have been told to call the police numerous times. The management and the owners don’t care about tenants. There is a lot of miscommunication because they don’t keep managers for longer than 5 months. It is a revolving door. They don’t update residents about changes promptly. They lie about simple things and give you fake promises. There are dog poo stain on the hallway carpets and in front of the outside doors.

excellent apartment complex: friendly staff/nice neighbors, maintenance respond immediately, nice amenities and perfect location. we love it here and we have been here for about 5 years
