I had my worst moving experience ever . The next day after I checked in into my house I received 3 packages from amazon delivery : 1 big box and 2 flat Packages. The big box was left in front of my door ( with picture as proof of delivery) and the 2 flat packages were left in the big mailbox . I HAVE NEVER SEEN OR RECEIVED THOSE PACKAGES. I was on duty the delivery date . Next day I went home they were all gone BY MAGIC .I went to the office hoping they have them , and was only at that moment the office guy told me “ you should get an amazon delivery box . That’s what almost everyone does here “ . HOW I’M SUPPOSED TO KNOW ? Not trust a military housing neighborhood is the last think I would think about. I lost 197 just like that . Now I have to pay for a home security camera on top of all the bills I already have . Great !!! Thank you Lincoln military housing
I've lived here for 3 years. The living conditions aren't bad but the area around the complex is horrible. Lemon Grove is crowded, run down, and has a vast amount of crime. There are a massive amount of speed bumps to get in and out of the complex every day and they're on a hill which is very strenuous on your breaks, transmission and shocks. The refrigerator, cabinets, vinyl, and windows are all out of date. Homeless people scavenge your recycling bins trash. The \security\ in the complex sits around all day and night long doing nothing. Additionally when you move out they charge you for rent (after the fact) for about half month & also charge you for the \damages\ which is probably going to run you about 2,200 in total including rent, mind you... I'm an extreemly clean person did not break anything. Also, they charge you for the carpet with or without stains, If the carpet looks anything other than brand new they'll bill you 1,300 regardless of how long you've lived there. There's no such thing as \wear and tear\. Overall... satisfactory townhome, but the staff has very caniving tactics to steal money from you when you move out.
Lived here when i was a kid and my dad was in the navy. First to move in off topaz court when it was first built in early 1990s . still looks the same and pool is new. Well maintained
We love our townhouse!
