Called for an appointment, they were able to get me in the next day! Dr. Ho was very knowledgeable, answered all of my questions, never tried to \sell\ me on anything more than I needed. He was very easy to chat with. The receptionist was friendly and cheerful. I would definitely recommend this office!!
I would give zero stars if I could. I had an appointment today at 10:40. I showed up and the waiting room was full of people...6 people to be exact. The receptionist said there was a mix up and they were trying to accommodate people. At 10:55 the doctor came out of her office, and long story short, there were 6 people ahead of me who didn't have appointments getting checked out by the doctor before me. Ridiculous. Why even bother making an appointment if the office operates on a first come first served basis? Clearly my time means nothing. I will never visit this office again.
