I asked 3 or 4 times for them to check if my prescription had changed as I originally wanted to only get new lenses. My request was ignored multiple times. I requested the optician adjust my old frames to see if we could find a fit that was comfortable for me. She talked over me the entire time. Insisting my pain wasn’t due to the glasses, but due to needing a new prescription, I stated multiple times that I indeed had a new prescription that I’d gotten just days before. The optician kept insisting I go back to the optometrist and get a new prescription. My prescription was 5 days old, the frames were hurting me from the beginning when I bought them 2 years prior. I didn’t have a chance to use the new prescription. I ended up leaving and went to another LensCrafters, which turned into its own fiasco. Get your stores under control. Customer service isn’t a priority for any of your employees. The frames I bought in April 2019 were adjusted multiple times before my 30 day satisfaction guarantee was up, but I was encouraged each time to keep trying them. I was assured each time they would be better and the pain would subside, but it didn’t. They intentionally pushed me out of the buyers remorse period so I couldn’t return them. I’ve spent 2 years, TWO YEARS, either in pain and crying or with blurry vision. No thanks to your sales associates. What kind of customer service is this? How does this reflect your establishment as a business? Please get your priorities right and assist customers in an ethical way. Also, it wouldn’t hurt to maybe get your opticians hearing checked since apparently she can’t understand anything.

I went here yesterday after my eye doctor appointment with Dr. Ian MacDonald at the optometrist office beside LensCrafters. Firstly, Dr. MacDonald was very friendly and knowledgeable. He took his time with me to explain things I already pretty much knew. As for LensCrafters, it’s a great location, clean location with friendly staff and a large variety of glasses to choose from. Prices can be a bit steep but that’s a given with designer brands. But with that being said, they also have a great modern Great Value section which I chose my new glasses from. I got glasses from here before yesterday and never once had any issues with them so I have no doubt in my mind my new pair will be the same great quality they offer all their glasses!
I left feeling like I got what I paid for! The doctor was very thorough with his explanation and was very helpful with suggestions going forward. And the rest of the staff were super friendly :)
Amandeep was absolutely a pleasure to deal with. She was helpful, patient, made suggestions based on my feedback..everything a retail experience should be. I ended up walking away with a pair of glasses that make me excited about wearing them.
Wow! Such amazing customer service. I was there yesterday and Kathy was helping me. She was so friendly and went above and beyond. Honestly the best customer service I've ever had. Thank you Kathy!

Rebecca was patient, kind and personable. She was knowledgeable, honest and very conscientious about processing the order. The optician (Jody?) was very efficient and warm. I could clearly see she knew how to measure and fit. The salon was clean and organized.
Jody was amazing! So polite, funny and friendly. She didn't rush me and she didn't hang around me. Been going here for years and I haven't come across an issue.
