Alexandra Kay was absolutely amazing, patient and knowledgable. We spent lots of time finding the right hearing aids for my unique loss and she was extremely accommodating. I can't thank her enough! I've had my hearing loss since birth and with my many years of experience with service providers, I can tell you that Arnold Hearing is by far the best to go get your hearing aids. I would give them a 10 star rating if I could!
Fantastic. Don't trust the recent one star fake reviews left by the owner of Eco Courier. Check them out it's the same people using fake accounts to bully innocent and upstanding people. Look at the rest of the reviews and you'll see this place is great.
We have been with Arnold for 2 yrs now and very happy with the expert experience that is delivered from the entire staff. They are friendly, caring and it shows in how they approach the major concern with hearing loss. They really want to help us hear better. We highly recommend their centre for all who have any concerns regarding hearing issues and loss. It is so important that people take the initiative early to address hearing loss and these people at the Kitchener Centre truly care for you as a person in need and help you every step of the way to improve hearing.
