This place is awesome! Bob helped me make the hard decision to invest in a hot tub with ease! I showed up late and he actually stayed an hour over closing time to answer my questions! They are delivering my hot tub in less than 24 hours!! I am a realtor and I will recommend this store to everyone!

Bob is the best! Great customer service and he is very knowledgeable about the products he sells. We have been shopping for spas for a couple weeks now and Bob was the first person that we spoke with that told us to get in the tubs! He took the time to walk us through the many options they have, break down the pros and cons and extras that are available. He was not pushy and never tried to upsell us on anything. Great experience all around! Couldn’t recommend Bob or Premier Outdoor more-you will not be disappointed!
