You want to book a same day appointment to see a doctor? Good luck with that... 8:00 and the phone line supposed to be open to receive calls. It’s 8:20 now, I tried to ring them 30 fricking times and I can’t even get on the line. Well done Lakeside Healthcare! :-)

Staff always pleasant and helpful. Booking an appointment by telephone I have always found to be easy although I make sure I do it in the afternoon. The last two times I was put straight through. Making an appointment to see a specific doctor means a long wait but if needed it is possible to see an unnamed doctor quickly. I saw a doctor at 10am. the same day as asking for painful toe. Had an xray collected a prescription and was out at 10-55am Well done Lakeside.

how people are supposed to be healthy if people are waiting for a blood test is out. it's cold, research is very slow. not professional.

It is awful and dangerous place. There is no doctors, they are so unprofessional and uneducated. My doctor Dr. Singh treated my inguinal hernia with peppermint tea, and then it had been cut out in another hospital with new innovative method. Also my tonsillitis, which already has been became chronic, was generally refused by the doctor Divya Barot. She said to wait, when sikness gets worser. So, then why do I pay any taxes, if I do not receive proper medical care? I refuse to pay any taxes, if I am not being treated at all. Visiting a doctor it is just waste of my time and spending petrol for my car. There is no any mefical proper service, so there will be no any money for taxes. I am against having such unskilled doctors! I am totally frustraighted. In the Lakeside surgery hospital there are no any good experts at all, there are murderers, like in a slaughterhouse. They always ready to kill person by doing nothing.
