My brother just moved in 2 months ago. Since then he has had a pest problem, a plumbing problem, and now the water heater is busted. When trying to get clarification on the pending water heater maintenance request the lady became short and facetious with us when all we wanted was clarification. She was very rude and unprofessional. As tenants you want to feel as if these people that take your money every month actually have a piece of concern about the units they rent out and not treat the tenant as if they are a nuisance when they have a legitimate concern.

I not mad I was denied, as much as how they did it! I called talked to some lady, told her I didn't have any credit an its my first apartment. she says ok, put in an app. I do it, they never got back with me I always had to call. when I called again they didn't know who I was, I explained my situation again, an she basically told me I wouldn't get it because of of my non credit an non rental history. then called the next day an said I didn't get it. app was 55 waited 2 weeks for nothing.
I did my application the apartment never got back to me. Myself was the one who kept calling and she say we denied we don’t got 3x rent smh I feel as if that the lady name start with S her answering. A phone is ghetto she sound ratchet she draw her dam sentences. Like she playing when no one is playing ppl about business.
I’ve lived here almost 3 years so far. I actually really love it here, other then the bugs. All the staff are friendly and super understanding. Any issue, which are very few, was taken care of promptly. The rent is reasonable. The apartments are actually really spacious. The pool is always clean, and there’s a small playground for the children. The atmosphere is quiet and friendly, no loitering random people. Lots of children and families. My neighbors aren’t nosey and I’ve only had friendly people move near me. Bonus: there’s cameras everywhere!!! It’s an overall good place to live.
Very quiet, convenient location to the airport, and the fast food restaurants/grocery stores. People are very friendly. Maintenance does a great job keeping the property up. I would give 5 stars, but it's an older property so you have to deal with bugs, or light maintenance issues around your apartment. Other than that the leasing office staff is very helpful.
