If I could have given less then one star I would have. I had a eye appointment November 30 2020, I picked out a pair of frameless Oakley glass and was told that they would be 2 to 3 weeks. It took 6 weeks and when I got them the left lense had way more open peripheral vision the right side. I brought them back in to get adjusted and they broke, so a new pair got ordered up, that was January 11 2021. February 19 2021 I called at 1230 on my lunch break and left a message that I wanted a call back with the district managers phone number because this is absolutely ridiculous, I checked phone on my 3pm coffee break and no voicemail. I called the FYI office again at 3pm told the lady I wanted the district managers phone number, I was told my glass where shipped on February 17 2021, I told the lady that not what I masked for, I asked for the district managers phone number, then I was told she's new and didn't know it and that she would call me back with it. It's Monday February 22 2021 my wife picked up my new pair of glasses that are built the exact same as the first pair, with way more peripheral vision then the left side then the right side so they'll need to be adjusted and hopefully they don't brake like the last pair. I still have not received any information on how to contact the district manager.

Had a wonderful experience getting my eyes checked by Dr. Drew. He was very thorough and took time to answer all my questions. I love my sunglasses! They have a great selection of frames. Look forward to my next eye exam!

Very friendly and professional staff. The receptionist , the practice coach and the optometrist were all very helpful assisting me to find the right pair of new glasses. Good to see they updated the office. It is now very inviting. I will be back for another exam and to purchase eyewear.

Dr Drew and staff were helpful with our entire families eye exams and subsequent vision needs. We were impressed with the recent renovations done to the office. Despite the smaller size, then larger centres, they offer good selection and great service!

Dr. Drew went above and beyond in trying to find a pair of contacts that will work for me. Many different types over multiple visits until he found the right ones. I have had other optometrists try in the past and they just said they wouldn't work. The staff is always friendly and very helpful.

My exam was very throughout and still quick, I appreciate the timeliness of all of the staff and the Doctor. I am very happy with my prescription. I'm glad we have this service in High Level! I was able to find my number one choice in glasses frames at the High Level office. I even looked at the FYI in Grande Prairie a week after I looked at the selection up here, and I still ended up liking the frames I looked at first in High Level. They do a good job of keeping the frame selection up to date.

The receptionist, the older woman, is very rude. Last week I overheard a call she was taking with another client and from what I gathered, the woman on the phone was asking a simple question and the receptionist was giving the woman on the phone so much attitude and spoke to her like you would to a child. She also needs to work on being more specific when dealing with clients over the phone. There has been miscommunication regarding an order. It wasn’t a big deal but the way she handled it is what upset me. She gave me an attitude, didn’t acknowledge the fact that she should have been a little more specific, and proceeded to walk to the back while I was still talking. Most likely because SHE was done with the conversation. This is the first time I’ve ordered something from them so I didn’t know the specifics of what she was saying over the phone. That’s her job to explain them. Literally takes a minute if that. I think as a receptionist, you should be more people oriented and polite! I understand if someone had a bad day but this is NOT the first time I’ve witnessed her being rude. Very unprofessional. Especially in this line of work. UPDATE: I had recieved a call to go and pick up my order and when I went into the clinic the older woman, the one I've been talking about, shook her head when I said I was hear to pick up my order. Instead she told me "they're not here." I told her I recieved a call earlier that day saying they were. That's when she went to the back only to find out they were. She just assumed they were not there because she wasn't the one to make the call telling me my order was ready. As it currently stands I will not be spending any more money at this clinic. The drive to Grande prairie or peace river is worth not dealing with that woman again.

Terrible experience here. Past couple times I order something they say it’ll be in in one week. It takes two just for them to tell me they ordered the wrong item. Not happy at all with this business.
