You will not get what you pay for. I lived here with my roommate for a year. Like most apartments you’ll live in, there are pros and cons. Unfortunately, the cons are what moved us to want to leave. Pros: The remodeled units are beautiful. Beautiful flooring, countertops, and fireplace. We had a view of the fields, which was very lovely. Package hub was nice so we don’t have to worry about stolen packages. One of the apartment managers, Jacob, was so helpful!! I had a previous roommate who had to leave due to finical problems in the time of COVID. She left abruptly & had some drama & verbal violence that came from that situation. Jacob was extremely empathetic towards my situation during that time & helped us find a solution. For that I am so grateful! Unfortunately he quit recently. Not sure what new management is like.... Cons: Maintenance staff was always of no help. We had a consistent mold problem, they basically told us to buy a de-humidifier to fix it. The windows leak water. There were constant hiccups with drawers, windows, doors, the fridge. It felt like we constantly needed maintenance & weren’t getting it. Our ice maker didn’t work the whole time we lived here & they looked at it 3 times!!! Crazy. Haha. Due to Covid, they have shut down all amenities until after phase 4. The place we are moving to now has nearly everything open for the appropriate phase. It’s seems to be laziness that they won’t open certain parts of the amenities. That’s a part of why we wanted to live here. There is almost NO parking. Cops have shown up about 4-5 times since we lived there. Twice for robbery incident, which was really scary for us. Management didn’t tell us about what happened till two weeks after the fact. That was upsetting Overall giving a 2 out of 5, because at the end of the day my roommate and I didn’t hate living here, we just felt like we didn’t get what we were paying for.

BEWARE Very shrewed and rigid management I lived in heronfield for one year. While living was ok but the real issue came when I had to leave. I had to break my lease (in July 2019) due to forseen circumstances which was renewed in May 2019. I was slapped with 4000 (two months rent) fee. I requested property management (Mary anne and Pinnacle). Both of them are extremely shrewed and did not budge. In addition I was slapped with another 400-500 for repaint and cleaning fee which was absolutely bogus. Beware the folks who run this place have no trace of common sense or kindness

These apartments are in the perfect location! Great access to 405, Trader Joes, Fred Meyer, QFC, ETC! The renovated homes are so cute, especially the kitchens! The grounds are beautiful and well taken care of! The staff, especially Jacob and Paul, are FANTASTIC!

My husband and I have lived here for nearly 6 years and it has been a great experience. Mary Ann, as the manager has been responsive and easy to work with from the first day I came for a tour, and Jacob as a new team member has been great as well. The maintenance staff, led by Paul has always been immediately on top of any problem we have had, providing service plus! They all have a great attitude toward taking care of their residents as if they were friends/family, and always address us by name, even when they see us out on the grounds, truly making it feel like home.

Been living here for a little over two months and I have to say, I LOVE living here! I moved in to one of the updated \Sandpiper\ style apartments and it's a great layout and size and very reasonably priced. I've had a couple very small things come up and maintenance has been very quick and friendly with their responses. All the staff are very nice and helpful. Specific shoutout to Jacob. Jacob is very helpful and nice and even thought to reach out when a parking spot opened up that was closer to my apartment than the one I was originally assigned to. The location of this place is very convenient to grocery stores and restaurants and I-405. You really can't be the location here. Couple things that are a slight drawback, one is the walls are kind of thin. Pretty common to hear tv's or music played from neighbors. I have a small 15 pound dog and my neighbors below can hear when she runs around and plays with her toys. Nothing can really be done about this, just something to be aware of. The other thing is the dumpster areas. There are always people that leave the dumpster areas a mess and leave large items like furniture by them. That's more of a problem with people just being inconsiderate and lazy. Heronfield goes above and beyond though and frequently hires wastexperts to come clean the dumpster areas up. I've lived in my fair share of apartments in my life and I can honestly say this place is a great place to live compared to most other apartment complexes. Definitely worth coming to check it out.
