I have lived here for a while now. It's a really great apartment complex. My apartment was pristine and clean when I moved in. The staff are AWESOME. They respond quickly to maintenance requests at any hour. They answer any questions you may have. They host a lot of events for their residents. It's really nice because you feel like they actually care. The rent is very reasonable and you have quick access to 95. It only takes me 15 min to get to work in Springfield. Definitely 5 stars.

Staff is great! Very friendly, accomadating, and always ready to serve with a big smile! The apartments are great! Only take away from me personally is not having a washer and dryer in unit. two months in I'm pretty happy about moving in here, everyone that works here is very professional, property is well kept and maintenance seems to be done regularly, have no complaints so far, all the staff is great.

Average apartments, good price, and quick response to service requests. This was the only place we could find that would take our German Shepherd, and offer a short term lease. The events for the residents were always very thoughtful, and Tiara and Kerrie provided excellent customer service. I will miss living here!
