I put work order to change my shower head. Maintenance came right away and put new one. I am so happy with this quick service. Richard installed my ice maker, he i was quick, and professional. Bob did a great jog for the cleaning ceiling fan and balcony, was blue glue like stuff all over, thank you guys, so glad that i moved to this property

I came to this complex twice and viewed available units both times. We discussed rates and my move in date both times with 2 different leasing agents. I was told they would follow up with a phone call but no one had ever reached back out to me. For having so many vacant units listed on their website, they sure are overpriced and the layouts feel cramped compared to other complexes in the area. As a prospective tenant, the lack of communication from the leasing team is a huge disappointment and makes me wonder how they would respond, if at all, had I signed a lease here. Only giving 2 stars for the location and amenities, the property is beautiful and seems very well kept.

I renew my lease in September 2020, My experience now is horrible. Every since the cold weather has came among us, my family and I has had mice's running around in our unit. We have had maintenance assistant, and pest control out almost every week. Everytime I clean up mice's and their droppings more comes, its like infestation here during the holidays. My family and I don't know what to do, our holiday has been ruined, my experience living here has been horrible, and I will not recommend anybody to come live here at the Aventine North. Thank you resident at 850/1127 if I could put no star's I would
