Been living here for over 2 years. Some of the apartments are dated, but all the appliances are functional. There are renovated apartments available as well. Pros - 1. Safe place. I’ve never had any issues with my amazon packages being stolen. 2. Pet friendly 3. Maintenance requests are attended to, at the earliest. Never had any problems with the maintenance requests I’ve made. 3. Newly renovated clubhouse and some ongoing renovations inside the lobby of the apartment buildings. Cons - 1. There are no in-unit washer and dryers. Just a common laundry room in each building. Overall, I’m satisfied living here and would consider moving, only out of necessity.

Do yourself a favor and don't move here. But if you do move here, make sure you detail everything in the move-in inspection sheet. The picture here shows the stain on the floor when I moved in and I noted it in the move-in inspection sheet. They didn't charge me on it when I moved out. However, their inspection sheet DID NOT list carpet as an item, so I'm disputing this now with the corporate office. PLEASE MAKE SURE YOU INSPECT THE CARPET DURING MOVE-IN even though it may not be listed in the inspection sheet. Totally agree with some of the reviews. They would show you a model apartment and everything will be dated when you move into your actual apartment. I've had to have the furnace replaced because it was too old and it triggered the monoxide alarm when I turned it on for the first time. Even my neighbor called Nicor about a monoxide leak and people from Nicor came over. It was that bad. People here don't pick up after their pets. Be extremely cautious when you step onto those lawns. I moved right out after the Covid had subsided a bit. My new landlord asked them for rental verification but couldn't get it for days. I had to log into my own online portal to download all the rent payment records to show my new landlord. The only thing they are fast at is sending a bill after move-out. I'll give them credit for that. Not sure about other buildings. My building smelled like weed on the weekends.

Lived here for 4 years in two (2) different units. The first unit I lived in was very dated, had very old appliances and fixtures, but everything was functional and did it's job. Sometimes this apartment smelled like smoke, which I assume was due to the age of the carpet. I later moved in a freshly renovated apartment and it was very nice. The staff were always very quick to respond to maintenance requests I had, and were always pleasant to deal with even on occasions where I had dropped the ball or made a mistake. There is not a secure place for Amazon/FedEx to drop packages off so they'll often leave them in the lobby. An individual stole an expensive camera lens I bought and I later found the box open with the lens smashed in the trash room. I was able to have the item replaced without too much issue from Amazon, but be aware. I started having all of my packages shipped to work after that. Had my air conditioner go out in the middle of a heat wave on Memorial Day. Staff quickly responded be providing me with a temporary room A/C unit while they got the necessary part to repair the A/C unit. I moved out of necessity. I was perfectly happy to continue living here had I not needed to move for work.

Racoons!! Don't have anything on your balcony not bikes, grilling items, chairs etc Racoons will destroy your items and they will tell you to hire someone to get rid of the racoons. They will lie and tell you the apartment they are showing you will look like the one you are getting. When you movewill be older equipment and they will upcharge you to change it. Save your response I called the office and nothing was done.
