Monessen Log Set A week ago Sunday, Jan 31, I I traded emails with the company owner about the log set I wanted to order. He replied that day and the next day I called the company to get the order completed after I went online to save it to my cart. The young lady I spoke with was helpful, however she said that according to her inventory, the logs were in stock but not the burner and that it would be April before the manufacturer could get it to you. I was ok with that and I completed the order. Much to my surprise, I received an email shipping notice that Thursday Feb. 4 that my order was shipped that morning, it came that same day to my door! We couldn’t believe it! I called the installer to schedule and he just happened to have a cancellation for that Monday Feb 8! So, in a week we ordered, received and installed the log set! The price was excellent and the service even better! Thanks Kevin !
Our Heat N Glo gas fireplace insert will be 8 years old next fall and was in need of some maintenance. Hearth & Grill had everything we needed to get our system back to \as new\ condition. Our fireplace looks beautiful! Thank you!
