Silvana Oaks is a great property with a great location! Melissa takes care of her residents and is always very attentive. I love the Amazon Lockers and that the property has “Poo Prints”. Plus all the great places to eat that you can WALK to! I love it.

This was one of the easiest move-in experiences I’ve ever had. My wife and I relocated from Colorado Springs to North Charleston, SC and Noelle was more than helpful, even from a distance. Our apartment is amazing so far and we have no issues what so ever. Keep up the great work Silvana Oaks!

I lived here for two years and loved it! This place is very convenient to everything. Shopping and restaurants are literally at your back door. The neighborhood is quiet and everyone seems to be friendly. The staff is amazing. Anything you need, they will bend over backwards to help out. I highly recommend this place if you are new to the North Charleston area

Silvana Oaks Apartment's is the best place in Charleston. Melissa and her team always give Superior Service, when they see you they will always call you by your name and it's awesome that they will take the time to get to know everyone. Everything is close by so you can walk and shop and the apartments are beautiful and spacious on the inside. Come to Silvana Oaks Apartment's and you will not be disappointed.
