Outstanding customer service. Just bought the house 7 months ago, they emailed me paperwork to fill out. Fortunately they checked back with me, they'd never gotten my paperwork. Sent a new package and was notified they had it and how much gas did I have, did I need a delivery. I talked to Kendra Harvey on the phone once briefly. I'm pretty happy with them.
LOVE this company, great and positive expierence. Highly recommend using Shawleys. Went to the showroom and was helped by Kay. Love her! She took her time to educate us and help us select our gas fireplace insert. Everything she said she was going to do happened on time and everything was in order and complete. Refreshing! Next it was installation day, Walt and Jan were wonderful. So polite, professional, and knowledgeable. They installed our equipment so well, complete and no mess. They took the time to explain everything. Great job guys! Thank you Shawleys for top notch customer service. We are very happy!
After having accounts with other companies in the past, we found Shawley's and have been with them for many years. What attracted us initially was that they offered the best price for LP gas delivery. Over the years, we have found Shawley's has continued to offer us a good rate. We have taken advantage of their pre-season purchase contract for LP gas deliveries. Shawley's has always given us good customer service, they answer their phones and return their calls, are always responsive when we have needed to contact them about our account or to schedule an early delivery if our tank is getting low. Making payments is easy, can be done online.
