They were very accommodating please and calmly take care of you and the gentleman that came to measure was knowledgeable and informative and also very helpful the door came earlier than expected so far it has been a pleasure to deal with them didn’t open the box yet but I think everything should be ok they know their stuff went to two other stores in Fairfield Nj and Flemmington and was displeased thank you Alber’s

Stay away from this store! The salesperson was rude and condescending.. horrible customer service. We dealt with it and bought the fireplace doors anyway. We were told the price includes installation. I NEVER would have purchased them if it didn’t include installation. We got a call to come pick up our doors and were told they don’t install and they could recommend someone to install for an additional charge. Apparently this has happened to many customers based on the reviews I just read. They were very rude and unwilling to discuss this at all. Basically said too bad -dispute the charge- we will fight it. How can any store stay in business with this horrible level of customer service. Very disappointing experience.

I ordered and paid for replacement panels for my firebox and a new fire screen. I've been waiting for over three weeks for Alber's installer to contact me to schedule an installation and have heard NOTHING. i've spent serious money on the panels and screen, but I still don't have a functioning fireplace.
