First of all, my experience with the optometrist was fine. However, when I called back the following day to ask for a PD number that was not added to my prescription I was told it was an additional 50. I queried with the person on the phone that the PD number is a very basic measurement and she agreed that it was... I was then in a position where I was unable to purchase the glasses that I wanted online and Vision Clinic do not carry the brand. I called back about 30 minutes later and asked if they would be able to order the frames for me as I did not feel like spending an additional 50 for a something that would literally take 30 seconds. I was told they do not carry the brand but they would see if they could order them for me and call me back later that afternoon. I waited 3 days and did not receive a call back, so I am assuming they are unable to order the glasses. I am now in a situation where I have paid for an eye exam but I am unable to order the glasses I want unless I am willing to pay The Vision Clinic an extra 50 and sign a disclaimer. I really think they should be upfront about this and explain you need to purchase a brand of glasses that they carry direct from them otherwise you are required to pay 50 extra. Ridiculous...

I have dealt with Vision Clinic for YEARS, more specifically the Fonthill location. I have never been so grateful for them as I was today. Thank you for continually being amazing and exceeding all expectations, always. I have always highly recommended Vision Clinic and will continue to recommend to Fonthill. Thank you for putting a HUGE smile on my face, even though you couldn't see it with the mask on, the amount of gratefulness hopefully showed. Thank you ladies SO much.

I was recommended to the Vision Clinic by friends in the past and I stopped by quickly to look at frames, the two ladies working helped me out tremendously. After weeks of searching at other optical stores I finally found my perfect pair. They offered honest and great styling tips and took their time with me. I ended up bringing my whole family here and switched over from another optical store. In regards to the previous review, I came in one time get my glasses adjusted (they were not from Vision Clinic) and I arrived 5 minutes before closing, not only was the women working very friendly, she adjusted my badly bent frame and the wonderful lady stayed 10 minutes after closing to make sure my glasses fit perfectly and did not charge me. I will be recommending Vision Clinic to everyone I know!

My glasses broke recently at work and Nancy who works at the Fonthill location helped me out greatly, she's very there for you, listens and she gave me half off the new glasses frame i needed, big help especially during the current times.

What is the point of offering extra scratch guard coating on safety glasses when the specs become scratched and you will not replace the glasses? Please explain how your "manufacturer's warranty" works because my dad's safety glasses are well within the timeline of this one-year warranty (He received them in February). They are neither "chipped, cracked, lost or broken lenses" as it states. He paid extra for scratch guard coating. Even if this is an issue with your manufacturer, as your employee stated, your receipt clearly indicates this is a "manufacturer's warranty", therefore the issue would be up to you to resolve and not at the cost of your customer. This has been an unacceptable method of dealing with this issue and giving my dad a run-around whilst leaving him with a poor product to do his job. Feel free to contact because I would very much like to have this issue resolved.

Walked in at 6:30. They close at 7:00. I understand you close in 30 minutes but aren't you still open for business? The lady there was hoping I would just leave. She said hello as I entered then ignored me for 10 minutes while she got her stuff ready to close. I tried on half a dozen frames and she didnt say a word or offer any help. Seriously? Maybe you should close at 6:00 if you dont want to be there till 7. I left without saying a word and she never said a word either. Took my business elsewhere In response to the owners reply: Nice try, but you dont need to lie. I was in your store for 10 minutes and no one said a word to me, you just bustled around closing shop. There was no mention of promotions or if I needed help trying on frames. Thanks for the dishonesty. Very professional. I drove from your place to Phoenix Optical at the Pen and got treated very well and bought my glasses there. Good luck

Kimya was amazing! This was the best customer service I've had in a long time. She assisted me in picking out two different frames. And made sure that I got the exact lens that I needed. I would definitely return there for any of my Optical needs.
