We purchased our hot tub from Wensum Spa and I cannot praise them enough. We had a site survey, then arranged delivery and then Paul and John came to commission our hot tub. Paul and John were incredibly professional and very helpful. Once installed they took the time and explained what to do with the chemicals and how to maintain the hot tub. From the start of deciding which hot tub suited us, and our summer house, to commissioning it took 2 weeks. Debbie, our contact point at Wensum, was efficient, polite, pleasant and very helpful. I cannot recommend Wensum Spas enough and would not hesitate to recommend them to anyone. Thank you Wensum Spas for a lovely relaxing time in our new hot tub.

We purchased our jacuzzi during lockdown and asked for delivery to be on a particular day in December- sure enough with absolutely no hassle at all the team delivered - they have been great in helping set up the tub so we’ve been able to enjoy from day 1 Nothing to much trouble - highly recommended
Excellent service with sales and delivery. After they’d installed the tub and left we noticed a leak. They came back the next day and a week later brought another brand new tub to replace the leaking one. A few weeks later we had another leak and they sorted that quickly for us. Not their fault but the service was brilliant. Lovely friendly staff.
