Absolutely shocking. I have been trying to make payment for tax for 3 months using a VIN because they didn't send a V5 doc out. The web chat, email and phone lines are not working - however, they've issued a fine! Furious.

A completely useless company. They haven’t been able to decide on my license for 22 months. But they ask for money, I just don’t know what it was when I paid all the fees. Plus, they haven’t been able to rewrite my new address for 4 years!

Tried to renew my license for the over 70 on line. Get to a screen that says '...ineligible for this service.' without further explanation. Yet when I attempt to renew via 'licencesafe.co.uk', I have no issues. Downside is the latter charge 79 for what should be a free service. Be warned.

If there was 0 stars! That's what dvla service deserve. No way to get through the phone. Delays. But very efficient in collecting money in charges etc. And not bothered about feedbacks either. That's Gov work attitude. Easy money not much effort or support for customers required.

Absolutely useless. I've phoned, I've written and emailed and still no response. Been waiting 6 months for a licence update. I haven't tried a medium. ( is there anyone there???)

If could give a zero I would !a year of stress for no medical reasons of appointments and tests to again get same treatment trying to improve my career as an experienced driver and this is the treatment I get. It's easier to drive illegally these days

They lost me 1 id card, 2 passports and two driving licences they are useless it's shameful
