I don't understand the negative reviews here. The people running Pelsall Post Office are lovely and very helpful. I've always gone in with questions and they've always answered them in a friendly and efficient manner and directed me to the best possible solution, so I do not get people who say these things as they are simply not true. Thank you for the great service.

Lost 3 letter and parcels in 3 months terrible terrible service, called customer service they don't care at all only got one back other two lost they said I was just unlucky jokers
Excellent service this morning when posting parcels. Given advice and helped to get cheapest postage price. Staff went the extra mile. Thank you.
@RaaraKitsune, I hope you understand that sometimes staff just want to make sure you realise something because not everyone knows. In my opinion this isn’t rude. It’s confirming that you know about something as it may look/seem as if you were confused. I’ve had nothing but good service there. Plus if you didn’t hear her, how do you know what was asked in the first place?
