Online they have a price and when you go there they have a different price! Much higher! They try to sell you the most expensive service and they make you waste time. I went with a price of 5.47 end up paying 17. Worst experience ever.

Centrally located post office in Manchester city centre.within a few minutes walk of the Manchester arndale.ofren busy but always well staffed and with a friendly service.there are 2 entrances but only one of them is accessible for the disabled.the location isn't far from parking or public transport.has a good range of facilities.
I was sending something i sold on ebay, the post office website quoted me 3.90. The lady behind the counter said it will be 9.50, when i asked why there is a massive difference she just shrugged her shoulders. When i paid, she just handed me the receipt and gave me a dirty look with no thank you. They don't act like they value your business, use a currier and save your money.
Self service staff very helpful. It's a good system, I will more post offices have this. Saves a lot of time
Busy, take a ticket and wait your number system for counters. 6 self service machines but users of them - like in every post office that has them - were slow and often confused.
