You can not get through to the office and if you don't have a passport you are unable to to get past the page online to renew your licence and there is no alternative, not everyone possesses a passport! A little unsatisfactory I feel.

They lost my BRP, had to pay 300 pounds for a new BRP all of which was not my fault because the DVLA lost my post. They send it second class by default untracked. It should be tracked and we should pay a fee for it. We shouldn't send the tracked envelope for return from ourselves to you. It should be your own company policy. Fools
