We just had our P68 installed, and so far we love it!!! Corey Huttenburg was our salesman. He was very informative, and helpful, he found the right stove for us, and a good deal! I don't remember the name of our installers, but they did a great job, very friendly and professional. So glad we chose to do business with Earth Sense Energy of Dale. We highly recommend them, and we will be back.

Awesome experience with buying and installing! I haven’t had my new stove very long but I love it! Salesman Jake was down to earth and told me upfront on all fees and wasn’t pushy. Installation crew was professional.

The absolute worst customer service!!! I ordered replacement parts for my pellet grill and the parts arrived broken. The company has made me jump through hoops to receive the product I ordered in working condition and has not shipped me a replacement. They offered to send me only the broken fan to which I would need install on the assembly. The entire assembly was ordered and expected to be in working order. It is not up to me to correct this mistake. Buyer beware of horrible packaging practices for online orders!!!! Company takes no responsibility for their error and has no desire to make it right.
