Dr was borderline insulting, did not want to know why I was there.. worse place I have ever been, not exaggerating. Don't bother if you need anything looked at, was a waste of time.

Reception and customer service appalling. The tape playing before Reception answers ask if you have travelled domestically in the last 14 days which I answered YES meant according to the tape you can not visit the rooms in person, but to book a telephonic consultation. Charmaine at reception bluntly refused booking a telephonic appointment and insisted I come in for my appointment. This after I told her I arrived back from Cairns the previous day. My thoughts are, how are Chancellor Park Family Clinic ensuring the old and vulnerable people out there are kept safe from COVID - they don't!!!

I have seen Dr Clive Cam a few times now and I must say he is fantastic. He is very calm, attentive and is happy to discuss issues with you. One does not feel under time pressure. He can happily accept that a patient gets infos from the web, before seeing the doctor. I can only recommend him!

Dr Horner has been my doctor for over 25 years and one of the best Doctors I have ever had, The nurses and reception staff can not fault I feel I'm well look after at this practice.

I needed an appointment as soon as possible, and was able to quickly secure a time with a particular doctor who seemed to be the only one with availability throughout the day. In hindsight, I should have been wary. I was met with very poor bedside manners. Doctor was rude and blunt, and I was made to feel stupid. I definitely would not be comfortable going back for more extensive medical exams.
