I found Dr. David Cheah very thorough and he tells it like it is. Some might find him brash but I love the fact he gets straight to the problem and he has great empathy. All the receptionists, nurses, and blood collection people are lovely and nothing is too hard for them

Caring, professional service, excellent medical staff
I followed my wonderful Dr to this practice but I won’t be putting myself through the rude and outright unhelpful reception staff anymore. There is one lovely lady there but she continually mucks everything up. Someone always has to ring back and change all the appointments. The other receptionist is the the rudest person I have ever met, goes out of her way to make you wait, be as unhelpful as she can. The way the front desk is managed is a complete disgrace, put another staff member on to answer the phone and make calls! Sick people shouldn’t be made to stand around waiting while you answer and make calls. The stress and anxiety these terrible people have put me through is unacceptable. You ought to be thoroughly ashamed of yourselves!
10/10 for Dr Bonnie Taylor. Recently started seeing this Dr for a few problems, no test is too much for Dr Bonnie Taylor. If you have something wrong, she will get to the bottom of it. I can tell she is really passionate about helping people and trying to find the cause to situations. So so lovely and makes you feel comfortable! Definitely recommend. Nice reception staff also.
Have been coming here for years .Very professional doctors , staff always go out of there way to help people, they are very helpful and friendly, always have a smile even in the toughest times Highly recommend 10/10

Do not recommend. Booked an appointment 1.5 weeks in advance. Waited 40mins in reception for Dr Bonnie Taylor... I was the only one left in the waiting area that was full when I arrived. No update from reception to tell me why I was still waiting on top of that they would have expected me to still pay for my appointment after waiting over 40mins to see a doctor I had already booked in advanced. Walked out. Will find another doctor.
