The reception staff here are amazing. So helpful and friendly - exactly what you want as the first point of contact. My experience with one of the doctors was less pleasant but still helpful.

Whilst I was a student at Newcastle University a few years ago I was registered at this doctors. I had an amazing experience with Doctor Rye when I was ill one time. She was so lovely and caring, she made sure I could get home ok and even called me the following day to see if I was feeling any better and to make sure I was being looked after. I never had an issue making an appointment at this surgery and everyone I spoke with were really friendly.
