Best dealership in the RGV! My mom purchased her Mercedes Benz back 2009, returned a few year later to purchase a newer benz, since has been her one & only dealership! Amazing service, loves how attentive, hardworking & reliable Andy Lara, Service Manager, has been since day one! Mom is always satisfied with the services she receives. I just purchased my first Mercedes Benz here and it was the BEST decision! Since walking in the staff is so welcoming and warm, they do not make you feel skeptical about their business instead they make you feel like family. Xavier Calderon facilitated my purchase and did an amazing job, knew exactly what i was looking for (as i was very specific with price/color/style/features) and succeeded in delivering that. General Sales Manager, Efrain Alvarez, was also very attentive to the details provided prior to purchase, went above & beyond his duty to deliver. Vehicle maintenance staff is awesome in special Xavier, this guy always give the extra mile for his customers. In the sales part Israel is the guy, he give an excellent customer service even when your are not his sale.
First, I had been taking my vehicle for MB service for the last three years and have loved the service I have received. Customer service is phenomenal. Then, I decided to purchase a new MB, I worked with Israel who was excellent. Customer service is the best here, I will never go anywhere else!
This past week I took my Mazda CX 3 for service and repair. My past experiences with dealerships has been unimpressive. However, I had a delightful experience at Cardenas Metroplex in Harlingen. Mr. Andy Lara, Service/Parts Director provided exceptional customer service and most importantly was honest and upfront in regards to the cost of parts and services.
