Dear Merc, Thank you for your support and dedication through covid 19. I would like to thank everyone involved through the problem I had which was resolved with excellent customer service through out this being Dana, Richard and Lewis (Plymouth) and anyone else that was involved. Update..... Wow went to test drive my new car today and have to hand it too Mercedes benz of Exeter. Michael Graham what a lovely chap very professional. Took the car out and brought it back went through all paper work everything was so easy. And they have lovely coffee. Social distancing measures in place at all times Hope to take delivery on Friday. Not pushy on finance as l didn't need it. I did however take out their accidental body work insurance for 3yrs. Seems like a no brainer as some people will just open there doors onto your lovely Mercedes.. I've since had a few issues with the car and will hopefully be able to give more positive feedback......watch this space!

Excellent customer service! I wanted to say a big thank you to David who delivered our new car to us at the weekend. His customer service was fantastic, friendly, efficient and carried out a very smooth and professional handover especially considering we're mid pandemic and had to do it behind masks and gloves. Customer service is dreadful, poor quality vehicles, high expectations shattered completely! Avoid Mercedes-Benz at all costs! Just look at the slump in sales Mercedes-Benz has had worldwide and the thousands of unhappy customers out there. They may have been a great brand three decades ago but that is certainly not the case now!
