I’ve been going to this location for many years and they’re consistently excellent. All staff is very friendly, patient, and professional. They’ve been very attentive with my mom and have been first to find any issues early so they can be treated before they become more serious. I just visited recently and once again received excellent care from everyone on the team. Even on the phone the service is friendly and very efficient. Lee doing what you’re doing, everyone.

I have been going to the Northland office for many years. The eye testing experience is great and I trust their recommendations. The reason for three star rating is that the staff has tendency for overselling products which I do not need. That has happened with me and my wife that we bought stuff which we had no use for or over bought on their recommendations. Instead of a medical establishment, they acted as a business to incite me to buy more. Other than that, staff is friendly and I got trust worthy service.

Easy ,fast booking . Professional doctor and personnel . I use their services for years at Marlborough Mall location on my shopping day . If you need new glasses , contact lenses , Lens Crafters is just next door . 3 tasks completed in one place by one trip . Who don't like that , I do .
