Thank you so much for the staffs of Bow River Hearing - 2210 2St SW. I am very happy to talk with them, especially Lacey and Alison. They are very kind and nice explaining my problems of hearing in a very detail way. The place is clean and organized. Also, the receptionist was polite and helpful. Overall, I had a very excellent experience and highly recommend this place.

Very nice staff and the attention I get from the Bow River Hearing specialist is amazing as she always answers my questions to my satisfaction and she also makes sure I leave with better,clearer hearing then when I get there. I recommend Bow River Hearing to one and all. Thank Lacey:)
I had such an amazing experience! I got in for a hearing test within a couple weeks, Lacey did my testing and was amazing and clear at what she was explaining to me, helping me understand what my results where. I told them I am leaving Calgary to go home on the 26th and don’t know when I would be back and they fit me in at the earliest they could before I had to leave! Got my hearing aids today (feb 23rd) and the staff that helped me today (Alison and doug) were great! Helped me show how to clean them, how to remove and insert them as I am a first time user, as well as help make sure the sound quality was great and they were working properly! I highly recommend this place! This is my first time since I was 7 (24 now) getting my hearing checked!
As a new hearing aid wearer, initially, I had no idea what to expect when I went to Bow River Hearing for the first time, I just looked for the closest business to my residence. I was amazed at what happened once I entered the premises. Zar is friendly and made me feel comfortable, although I had to ask to speak up LOL. The consultation with Doug, sad to hear he is no longer there, was friendly, professional and without the hard sell to get hearing aids. I had no idea how deaf I was and recommended the Phonak product line but was willing to work with me on any hearing aid I chose. After demoing a pair I was sold and now my life has changed dramtically, I can hear everything!. Zar helped me get the right application to fill for the govennment subsidy and everything after that went without a hitch. I'm glad I went with Bow River, the Phonak line of hearing aids are an excellent choice and would highly recommend them due to their excellent sound reproduction and other features. Also I want to thank Shannon for spending the time with me and changing the settings on my 'aids' remotely which is an awesome feature. Thank you Bow River !!
Highly recommend Bow River Hearing. Professional and helpful staff. Lacey was very helpful in helping me find a second pair of hearing aids. Any time over the past five years that I have needed help, they have been there. They take care of their customers.
