My four kids and I have been going to Dr. Schell for a few years now and I've never been happier with an optometrist! Dr. Schell and his staff are professional and are great with kids. I've never had any issues getting in for emergency appointments and he makes sure that you understand any issues or treatment plans before leaving. My eyes were bothering me a lot a couple years ago and he helped with a quick diagnosis, referred me to a colleague who specialized in the issue and helped me manage things at home. Last year my 5 years old experienced an eye injury at school and he was able to see her shortly after it happened and we walked out of there with a treatment plan and I felt reassured with all of the information I was given. If you're looking for an optometrist in Barrie Dr. Schell's practice is a great place to go!

I would recommend this office to anyone. Have always had helpful service and friendly interactions. Today specifically this office has gone above and beyond to assist me when in need. Due to horrid weather they were unexpectedly closing earlier than usual causing me to be unable to pick up my glasses as planned. I desperately needed my glasses in order to perform my duties at my job. This office problem solved and went above and beyond their employment duties to ensure I was able to receive my glasses and I could not be more thankful that they were willing to help me out in this desperate time! Thank you very much!
