Really pretty flagship store with multiple floors of cars and facilities. You can spend quite a bit of time looking around this place, it's massive. I get my car serviced here as part of the Audi club. The engineers do a great job and the service team are good to deal with. The sales staff are a bit too pushy though. Due to covid, proper procedures are followers and tables are cleaned for each visitor.

My second visit . always like being there . Jean was nice and helpful only problem is you can not wait there to pick up your car if you come from somewhere far away like me came from Surrey you have to wait outside due to current rules but any way they work so hard during those days so i give them a 5 stars thanks Jean for your help

They’re open and working. They’re set up to drop your car for servicing is very good, they clean the tables before you can sit there, they all wear masks snd the staff are all very friendly. The service itself was a good experience, they weren’t pushy about the things that they required urgent to change and we’re acting as advisors which i liked. Reason for low stars is because they state “Your Audi will be cleaned inside and out with our compliments”. Now if i’m to trust this is what they classify as clean, then i’m not sure how much i can trust their “required” changes to the car, so what seemed a good experience turned out to be a disappointment!

I don’t dislike the place at all. It’s just that I had my MOT done a few weeks ago and then received an email from Audi informing me that a scheduled service was due. So, I asked them by phone why wasn’t I informed at the time when the MOT was due as it would’ve saved me time to have both services done at the same time. The response on the phone was almost unintelligible. I therefore drove to Audi to get an explanation. A service manager dealt with me and actually went with me to my parked car. He got in the car and located the info on the dashboard. Apparently the service wasn’t due for a few weeks which explains a lot. He was very helpful and the designated service would be notified on the dashboard at nearer the date. So I have to book a time and date nearer the time. QED.
