You can measure the quality of a business by how they deal with problems, and Bedford Audi fails miserably. I bought an approved used vehicle (for peace of mind), have had nothing but problems since. Should have taken heed from the reviews on Autotrader. Bedford sold the car with a broken air-conditioner, badly corroded break discs, broken rear wiper, faulty rear washer, and missing wheel weights. I only found out about these when another Audi dealership did a diagnosis and health check. Even though the car was still under and within full warranty, Bedford Audi only offered to rectify the the air conditioning system. I've had to shell out on a hire car to be able to fix the other faults with another Audi Dealer. The only support Bedford Audi offered was a curtesy call so say that they're not willing to help. Again the vehicle was still under full warranty and I had to pay another Audi Dealer to fix problems which should have been fixed before being put up for sale! TAKE YOUR BUSINESS AND MONEY ELSE WHERE. A BRANCH FOCUSED ON QUALITY SERVICE DESERVES YOUR MONEY AND THAT COMMISSION. YOU'VE BEEN WARNED.

Bedford Audi is a very plush Garage with Receptionists that tend to you straight away as soon as you walk in the door and always welcoming offering you a drink while you wait for another team member. All staff a very Friendly Polite and can have a laugh with you rather than at you, this makes you feel like you are dealing with a Human being, not to mention you feel more comfortable when chatting with them. O.K. they may be quite expensive like most top of the range garages but you get good trusted service and well looked after, and that goes a long way in my book.

Bought my Audi S3 from John in sales. Sorted everything out online/telephone due to COVID and showrooms being closed. Went down and picked the car up last Saturday and part ex’d my old car with them.
