Excellent service from the representative Keith - could not have been more approachable and service minded. Only poor experience is the significant gap between a valuation vs. actual (on the spot) valuation. There should be some better measure of eality\ build in to the website valuation such as vehichle's age. It is inevitable that a 15 years old car will have some stracthes and nicks. Perhaps a tiered valuation should be presented for example pristine state, moderate, poor
