Due to social distancing, I did not speak to the salesperson, my husband did. he reported she was very polite and efficient and she organised the sale quickly and easily for him. We were happy with the price paid as it represented good value for a car of 10 years old.

Given quote online and filled in everything about the car as well as minus 50 fee. We drove to the sight, the guy seemed disinterested and quickly tried to get the quote down from the original quote offering 70% less of the quote online. Waste of time. Went somewhere else and the initial quote was accepted locked in and no down grading. I think we buy any car are insulting in what they offer and do not stick to the quote online even when locked in and everything is reported about the car. I’d advise going somewhere else unless you want to me insulted and offered a lot less.

Got a quote of the Internet, then I had the appointment which ended up them offering me half the quote then they said they would charge me a \transaction fee\ of 50. So they were going to charge me for charging them UTTER DOG POO!! Phillip Scholfield can do off!!
