I got pretty much what I expected for the car so that was a bonus. It wasn't a horrible experience like others have spoken about as the chap was a really nice guy.

Quoted 2500 online when I took the car down he started finding imaginary faults like dents and chips.I told him the car is 10 years old what do you expect!the price he offered was 1300 which was a total insult considering my car had been well looked after.I wouldn’t recommend going here put it on fb instead.hence to say I refused his offer

Total con. You put your details in to a system you get a price. You take it and they put the details into another system!!! And guess what. I said no thanks and then they said I'll put the details on another way and offered slightly more. I walked away and sold the car on Facebook for twice the amount the following day. My advice just don't bother going for the insult and sell privetly.

Nothing wrong with the wbac representative as he was friendly and professional, however I don't see why they quoted me a price online and then offered 600 less on the day? If they had quoted me that price online I would never have made the appointment in the first place!!
