Out of hours visit as usual vet closed. Very efficient, had to wait because there was an emergency ( quite understandable). By the time our dog was seen, all symptoms gone( typical) but they gave her a Well dog check, and reassured me. Very pleased with the reasonable price.

The centre was professional and caring with my old Cat of nearly 23 years old. She had not been ill but very suddenly required attention. We contacted and was advised to immediately take her to Gillingham. The nurse was caring and understanding, they immediately put her on oxygen, after two phone conversations, we and the nurse decided it was time for our lovely cat to go to another place, she had had enough and it was her time. The nurses were amazing, calm and understanding. We could not of ask for me. Thank you so much.

Excellent care and communication throughout when dog had to be admitted as an emergency on a Sunday. Operated to sew tendons and close wound and home again in 4 hours. Brilliant.

My dog got hit by a car. We brought him straight to the vets and they were amazing. Cared for him overnight and he is fine. We collected him the next morning. We called up to check on him while he was in and nothing was too much trouble. Can’t thank them enough for what they did for him.
