Very efficient service and very thorough with their investigations. I was reassured by the kind vet who talked me through everything they were doing. Taking blood and analysing the results was super quick and results were relayed to me within 10 minutes.

I drive 75 mins each way to bring my bearded dragons to Vets Now Swindon - they're that good! They have truly specialist knowledge of exotic animals and have been able to help where others have failed. Best of all, everyone from the reception staff to the vet nurses and vets are the friendliest, kindest and most caring professionals I've ever encountered. Why would you go anywhere else?

Took our 4 year old dog here as a booked emergency appointment on Sunday morning as our own vets practice was shut. We waited two and a half hours before the vet saw our dog. Having watched a good number of cars and pets come and go in the two and a half hours, we were the only people with a pet remaining in the car park when the vet came out to see our dog. The vet had a kind manner and we were able to discuss our dog's condition. Paid the expensive emergency consultation fee etc. Agreed to take our dog to our own vets early Monday morning but he died at 7am that morning. During our long wait, the receptionist, who happened to come out to the car park to someone else during the two and a half hours, was also kind and said she would let the vet know that our dog had been sick, again, in the car. She explained that it had been a very busy morning. She went off for her lunch break a little later. We were still in the car park when she returned. Very disappointed in Vets Now as we did not feel there was any priority given to a very poorly dog.

What amazing people. Poppy the duck was very poorly when she first came here having managed to swallow a piece of wire which had gone through her stomache and into her hip.The staff at Vets Now Swindon have worked wonders to sucessfully remove the wire helping to get her back on her feet and putting that smile back on her face. Thank you to all of you.
