I took my elderly dog here after she had a seizure. They examined her and assessed her .They asked me did I want medication to help if she had another seizure before I took her to her own vets as it was the weekend. But then they said they didn't have any. What is the point of an emergency vets who cant provide the emergency medicine at a very expensive price

I had to make the horrible decision to put my beautiful boy to sleep tonight. This is not my usual vet so it was strange surroundings for me and my beautiful furbaby. I cannot fault any of the staff, everyone was compassionate, everything was explained all the options, I was given time with my baby and nothing was hurried. I cannot fault them at all in such a difficult time for me

Absolutely awful I wouldn't never recommend this vet at all attitude was horrible, basically accused me of lieing when I told her my dog was I agony she could not be bothered and came across like she didn't wanna be doing her job i had to ask her to look at my dog in the practice she as she wasn't gona even check him over after her telling me to bring him over after having to practically beg her to look at him please stay clear. if i could give this vets zero stars i would .
The vets and staff were absolutely excellent no doubt saved my dogs life and were very nice to me though very pricey!
