If you not SPECIAL don't buy property with THIS management company. I had person park viecle on my spot for 4 YEARS and he was VERY upset when I informed him that my HOA payment included THAT parking spot and as far as towing company contract was not renewed since last year and perfect parking was IMPROVED at least 2 times in past year....etc.Just look WHO POSTED 5 stars and you will KNOW if you are special with special treatment resident. Don't even bother to reply.There is no 0 stars,so I guess one it is.

Wondering on the five stars? Who determines when to change the bylaws? What happens when a resident makes a claim, following the claim the resident receives a letter/fine. Does the residents get to vote on the by laws? Just hearing it’s the opposite how sad!

Veracity contracted with me a few years ago to waterproof 20 second floor patios at one of the properties they manage. I truly appreciated the way they do business. The expectations and job parameters were laid out prior to any work being done. I was also surprised that they even provided the materials. Payment was received swiftly after invoicing.

They are a pleasure to work with. Always on top of things. Putting in the extra time when needed like with the recent tornados here in North Texas. They were in contact with the board immediately to see what we needed. Had the landscapers and others to check for damage and clean up. Just hands down a great company as a whole. Are community has grown a lot since we took Veracity on miny years back. Looking forward to the years with Veracity to come.
