Finally, the community associations under our management may establish their own individual web sites, allowing residents, through a unique name and password, to securely access information such as viewing assessment payments, reviewing architectural control requests and violations, participating in community events, and communicating with other residents within the community website. We have found that it is imperative that clear, concise communication be maintained with the board of directors as well as all homeowners within the community association. I have had communication with the individual who manages the subdivision we live in on several occasions; the communication is not desirable. I emailed her over a month ago asking about maintenance of the retention pond and she has yet to respond. I have also been waiting on a modification request answer over 30 days; in which the last meeting the committee prided themselves on getting them approved or not approved within less than 30 days. I have currently been on hold for her over 15 minutes with no one updating me on whether she was available or not. I hung up and called back; gave my name and where I lived and when transferred to her I was immediately sent to voicemail. Unbelievable and definitely doesn’t look well from the customer service standpoint. I also left a message for her boss over two weeks ago with no return call as well. This community would be nice if the HOA was more about community rather than money and titles. This is absolutely the worst decision we could have made to move into this neighborhood. It has been overshadowed by HOA foolishness since day one.

The worst most useless company ever. As a neighborhood less than 40% of our dues go to maintenance, upkeep and utilities. For years we've OVER paid this company that has done NOTHING for us as residents, only to have them send us additional charges without any discussion or notification on their part. For example we received a letter stating they had cut down some trees (without ever consulting the residents) and as a result we all owed 150 retroactively. This is unacceptable. Your failure to properly maintain greenspaces should not affect the residents punitively. Use literally ANY company but this one.

This company uses deceptive practices to charge homeowner extra fee and assessments. Run do not use them as your property management. They work for themselves not your community. There representative B. Patterson doesn't return calls. She only respond to homeowner by email when pressed. Request for information goes unanswered. 1Star is too much.

I have never given such bad review for any business before and this will be the first time. If I could give a 'zero', I would. This company likes to make up things that do not exist and charge residents fines. Also, when they claim you have violated some rules, they do not send any warning letters, it directly goes into the fine stage. Please stop profiling, discriminating and harassing residents. Thank you.
