I arrived on time only to be informed that the doctor was not there. I needed a covid test so I went somewhere else. I had received messages from them reminding me of the appointment. I will never go there again. No stars at all.

I made an appointment online through their website as the answering machine recommended and I called all day to confirm. This was a Monday at 2pm and they never once answered their phone. So as sick as I am I waited patiently until 2pm. Once I arrived, nobody was there. Not one person. What a shameful way to practice medicine. You make appointments and then don’t answer your phone or show up. Then they leave a sigh on their door that says to call the telegraphy line and it goes to some answering machine which has a full inbox. Disgraceful.

Doctors were on time, friendly and skilled. I really appreciate their timelyness which tells me they value my time which is very important to me. I also like that the office is automated for scheduling.
