Staff is really friendly BUT I came in as a walk In, with only 2 people sitting in the waiting area you would think I would get in and out in a timely manner. SADLY, I sat there 1 hr before being seen.

Nice, knowledgeble staff. Usually in and out with my twin toddlers within 30 to 45 mins which is great compared to most unscheduled doctor visits and emergency room visits. They are limited to what they can do, so ultimately you would still have to take your child to his/her pediatrician but it's good to have a place to get your little one some sort of relief until then.

I took a friend here for treatment after he fell and opened a nasty wound that wouldn't stop bleeding. Although the staff seemed helpful, they were incompetent. They didn't ask my friend important, standard questions in such a situation - he takes low dose aspirin and donates platelets, both of which makes him at risk for bleeding issues. He didn't think about this at the time, but the Phoebe staff didn't ask either. They didn't use a compression bandage, so even after they put a dressing on it, he was still bleeding profusely. They asked him to come back in two days to the same location for a follow-up, but they had different staff, and no one seemed to have looked at any records about his previous visit. On both visits, they didn't look closely enough at the wound to see that my friend had shards of glass embedded in it. The glass was found later by his primary care doctor in Atlanta and removed. Very poor experience!
