Great staff and doctors. I’ve had to go twice, and both times they were thorough and I felt well taken care of. Also, very organized with the wait time (very short) and seemed to have good covid safety procedures in place.

I am currently on the line to get a staff member on the phone to simply get a fax number for Medical Records since they hide it from the world. I have now been on hold for over 20 minutes and have been caller \#3\ for that entire 20 minutes. I have not been able to get a fax number for about a week since I've been caller number# 13 for the past 7 days, and I'm not exaggerating. Not sure what exactly takes them so long to answer a phone call and how many staff members currently work there, but they should get better training and possibly a new system. It's ridiculous. Also, you should be sending copies of a note to someone's PCP so this doesn't have to be the case. Not recommending ANYONE to ever go to this Urgent Care ever again for as long as I live & this is coming from someone who works in a very organized & caring doctor's office. Have a fab day :')

They have a line of people with symptoms all the way down the sidewalk that does not budge. Meanwhile you see people entering and exiting in double digits. If you want covid testing and are experiencing symptoms they will make you wait outside for an hour w no information. If you just walk in and say you don’t feel well, they accommodate you. Terrible communication and no bedside manner. At best, I’d call them dismissive of patients.

Had great care here. Yes you have to wait a bit. But in this climate, you have to wait and be patient and be thankful that doctors are still able to see and treat you for non-covid related things

Very disorganized. My wife had to wait outside, while sick, in line with other people. Eventually, after 2 hours they took her name and let us wait in our cars. An hour later they saw her. When my wife was finally seen they told her the results would be available that night, and if my wife was COVID they said they would call. Nobody called and nothing was posted to her portal. This morning on hold for 2 hours, we can’t move from our house, can’t go anywhere until we have results. My wife just called the Westfield location for help and someone picked up immediately, and gave us the number for a COVID response line where she was told to leave a message and wait for someone to call back with results. Still waiting on a yes or no as to whether my wife is COVID . Only positive was doctors and staff were pleasant. But suggest you go somewhere else for testing!
