I would give zero stars if I could. My boyfriend has applied months ago and got something saying he needed to verify wages so he sent them that info and now his claim is still not processed he sent them that info weeks ago and his claim status says there's been something sent to his address but how is he going to have access to the mail when he can't pay rent. They are terrible stealing people's hard earned money and not giving access to them when they need it the most shame on them expesially around Christmas, turning people homeless and not being able to pay there bills or afford to have a car to sleep in .

Some people get double paid, while others do not get paid for weeks. The phone number to call is ALWAYS busy or “not working”. Haven’t received any unemployment or any information from a real person since December. I tried calling the moment they opened and it was too busy to get through. Expand/Fix your phone lines, allow more than one or two people at a time to get through to someone, and get people the unemployment they need without the hours worth of hassle.

Apparently there's an issue with my file. No instructions sent how to fix it, can't call them, they don't respond to emails either.

OMG OREGON!!!! Get it together!!!! I have been VERY VERY patient, but today was the final straw! I won't go into all my personal business, but will say that on Friday last week after over 6hrs on hold I got through and spoke to a \claims specialist\. I had spoken to someone 2 weeks prior, another over 6hrs on hold, and they had assured me that they had fixed my account and I would have no further issues as the problem was on their end. Well, that was not true. So, the \claims specialist \ Friday had no idea what she was doing and told me \I'm going to talk with a supervisor and call you back\. That NEVER happened and the problem has made it so I am unable to receive my benefits until they fix it! So today I spent 7 hours on hold and was hung up on by the system 4 times!!!!!! WHY tell people to call about a possible problem when you can't get it together enough to handle the calls?!? I would LOVE to not be on unemployment, but thanks to COVID and restrictions I have been unable to find full time work. If I didn't need it I wouldn't be on it, so when your flawed system messes up its not just \inconvenient \ it effects my ability to pay my bills.

There isnt an experience i havent gotten through to them yet its been months well in 4 months i got 1 check then they send me a letter saying they need more information before they can send more benefits ! Yet they leave out what the information is that they need so i just try and fill out a new form and try to send it in and it says theres a preexisting claim so here i sit ! Cant get ahold of anybody!
