I have been a customer since 2003, since the merge with TMobile Horrible Customer Services. Really they should be zero stars! But since they will answer the phone and a tweet, I gave them 1 star. The customer services agents will Ask a millions questions only to resolve NOTHING! The wait time to get nothing resolved each time is an hour or more. I would never recommend Sprint/TMobile to anyone. Will be looking for a new service provider!

I have been a customer with sprint for 3 years I pay for insurance to be told I have to pay 250 for a battery, My only phone and no one care nor wants to help you. Really their is no point in paying for insurance. I HAVE PAID MY PHONE OFF AND ONE OF THE REPS TELLS ME IF YOUR NOT HAPPY WITH SPRINT THEN CANCEL YOUR SERVICE HORRIBLE CUSTOMER SERVICE Now I will SUE SPRINT IF THIS PHONE BLOWS UP

We were with sprint for 10 plus years. When we switched to spectrum which we love and canceled our service and phones my daughter was somehow able to turn hers back on which resulted in charges to us on an account we no longer have. 2 hours no joke on the phone with sprint and just got hung up on with no end in sight. If they have no answer for you they simply put you on hold or transfer you over and over like our time is a fun game for them to play with. No customer service and they will actually tell you things that are a flat out lie just to get you off the phone then simply say it never happened. Awful company and I am still trying to simply cancel a line to stop getting charges and its really not right.

Cell phone service is ok...but CUSTOMER SERVICE is horrible! If you call in, you get some foreign person who is rude and can't help. If you chat online, they are a bit more helpful, but just want to keep your business not really interested in making sure the issue doesn't happen again.
